Shipping Policies

We are not responsible for packages not arriving due to incorrect information listed by customer at the time of checkout. If items are returned due to incorrect information and additional shipping is required, the customer will be invoiced for the additional cost and will have to pay before the item is sent. Make sure your information is correct before completing purchase. We are not responsible for package after it has left our hands, if the package is late due to shipping it is out of our control.  We do not control shipping and weather conditions. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged items once they have been marked DELIVERED by the shipping service.  We will however do our best to help retrieve your product and will discuss replacement options. These options may require repurchase at cost by the customer. Items are Shipped from Livingston, Tx. via USPS or UPS. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
